On 16th Dec. 2016 in Can Tho City, the 1st "Co-learning Study Session" (CSS) in this area was held with 06 provinces of Long An, Kien Giang, Vinh Long, Hau Giang, An Giang and Can Tho City. How to identify their issues in a "segmented" way was explained.
